Struck by rod at the 2013 World Cup of Foosball in Nantes France resulted in a broken finger. Team USA had to settle for the Silver medal instead of the Gold. Obviously, this could have been avoided if this particular table like the Warrior Professional Foosball Table was equipped with Rod Guard.
